Balance Bet ("we," "our," "us") operates this website and the associated mobile and web applications. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information transparently and with care.

2. Data we collect

We collect the information needed to operate the service, protect player accounts, and improve the experience, including:

• Account and profile data: username, email address, avatar or profile settings, date of birth or age-gate confirmations, and a hashed password.
• Gameplay and social data: the games and leagues you join or create, picks you make, virtual coin balance history, standings, rank progress, and social interactions that happen inside the product.
• Support data: messages you send to support, feedback you submit, and any information you include in those requests.
• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, browser, IP address, referring pages, and crash or performance diagnostics.
• No payout credentials: Balance Bet does not offer deposits, withdrawals, or cash payouts, so we do not collect bank, card, or payout credentials for gameplay.

3. How we use it

We use your information to authenticate accounts, run games and leagues, calculate rankings and standings, protect against fraud and multi-accounting, answer support requests, analyze product performance, and communicate important service updates.

4. Sharing & disclosures

We share information only with vetted service providers that help us host the service, manage authentication, analyze performance, deliver communications, or provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information in response to a valid legal request or when necessary to protect the safety of users, prevent abuse, or preserve the integrity of the platform.

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, feature preferences, and analytics. You can manage cookie settings in your browser, although some parts of the service may not work correctly without them.

6. Your choices

• Access & download: request a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Privacy → Export.
• Correction: update profile information directly in the app.
• Deletion: request account deletion from Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Some records may be retained for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, and other legal obligations.

7. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, and follow industry best practice for password hashing. No system is impenetrable, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

8. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support account recovery, troubleshoot issues, enforce our rules, and comply with legal obligations. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be kept longer.

9. Children

Balance Bet is for users 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. International users

Balance Bet is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any material changes to this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If the change is significant, we will email you in advance.
